Fabrics & Fiber

The main fabric is made using 99% regenerative cotton, grown using farming practices that support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems.

Treatments

Alternative stone wash is a lower-impact and more durable treatment, using artificial stones that can be reused for several washing cycles and leave fewer residuals compared to the traditional pumice stone.

Lower impact pigment dyes: this product is dyed using pigments compliant with the Zero Discharge of Hazardeous Chemicals (ZDHC) guidelines. Diesel is a ZDHC member and is working towards a more responsibly chemical management system.

Low impact washing cycle: this product is treated with a short cycle wash, reducing the use of water in the washing process.

Trims

All Diesel Library products are made exclusively using lower-impact trims, which include: - Zippers made using recycled polyester or organic cotton tape - Non-galvanized buttons and rivets - "Diesel Industry" stripe and care label made using recycled polyester
